RITUAL

For topical and aromatic use only. Apply to temples and back of the neck (avoid contact with eyes). Apply oil on the palm of the hands, rub together and deeply inhale for at least one minute. Can also apply across forehead when experiencing sinus headaches.
For Children, only apply a small amount on the bottom of the feet.
